*Notice:
Registration and payment should be made through conference
official channel which indicated in your acceptance letter,
if you are not clear about it, please consult the conference
secretary via email address or phone firstly. After your
successful registration, organizing committee or conference
secretary will not ask for your credit card information in
any form for room reservation or tickets.Be careful when
anyone asks for it.
会议注册需通过会议官方系统完成,会务组不会以任何形式主动索要参会者信用卡银行卡信息,请大家务必警惕,若不清楚注册流程,
请先通过官方渠道(邮件电话或者微信)联系会议助理。
*Students Rate*: Student rates are given to a paper whose
first author/ presenter is a student requirement to show
their student card(s).
*Additional Papers*: When the first author is the same, the
extra papers(from the second paper) can registered as
additional paper.
*Onsite Registration*: Onsite registration is only
applicable to listeners. For those would like to register
onsite, it's also appreciated if you can give us a notice
before the conference for preparing you materials.
*Publication Policy*: Each paid registration covers only one
paper.
*Registration Procedure*
The detailed registration procedure for authors and
presenters can be found in the accpetance letter.
For listeners, please download and fill the registration form at first
here. After you do the payment, please return it to the conference secretary by email. When you submit the registration materials, the conference
secretary will contact you within 2 or 3 workdays to confirm your
registration.

*Payment Methods*
1. Credit Card with VISA or MasterCard. (Without service
charge)
2. Bank Transfer(30USD service charge)-Write email to the
conference secretary to get
3. Paypal (30USD service charge)-Find it in the registration
form
Notice: Both paypal and bank transfer have service charge. The author should pay 30USD for additional service charge so that the conference can receive
adequate registration fee.
Only listener can be allowed to finish the registration onsite with cash or online payment link.
*CANCELLATION POLICY|取消政策*
Every participant should finish the registration before he
can attend the conference. If a registrant is unable to
attend an event for any reason, they may substitute, by
arrangement with the registrar, someone else of co-authors
or from the same institute/organization.
Written requests for cancellations must be sent to the ICPRE
Conference Secretary by June 10, 2024, and 30USD bank
service charge will incur. Cancellations received after June
10, 2024, but before July 20, 2024,30% processing fee is
required. Cancellations after July 20, 2024, but before
August 30,2024, 50% processing fee is required.
Cancellations after August 30, 2024, will NOT be dismissed
and registration fees will not be refunded.
Personal Reason | 个人原因
The
ICPRE2024 cannot refund or pay any compensation where
could not attend the conference is prevented by reason of
circumstances which amount to “personal reason”. Such as
travel difficulties, visa problems, health issues, financial
default etc.
Force Majeure | 不可抗力
The
ICPRE2024 cannot accept responsibility, refund or pay
any compensation where the performance of the conference is
prevented or affected by reason of circumstances which
amount to “force majeure”.
Circumstances amounting to “force majeure” include any event
which we could not, even with all due care, foresee or
avoid. Such circumstances include the fire, flood,
explosion, storm or other weather damage, break-in, criminal
damage, riots or civil strife, industrial action, natural or
nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, war or
threat of war, actual or threatened terrorist activity,
epidemic and all similar situations beyond our control.
Conference Date and Place Statement
The organizer has the right to change the date and place of
the conference under the reason of amount to “force majeure”
circumstances. The participants of the conference are
obliged to cooperate with the organizer's change and refund
policy.
*Security Policy*
Considering the personal and property safety of the
delegates, the participants are required to enter and exit
the venue wearing the conference name tag, and not to lend
the name tag to others. Non-participants are not allowed to
enter the conference without permission.
Please take care of your personal belongings; the organizer
of the conference does not assume any responsibility for the
loss of personal finances.
