1. Conference Scope

Papers describing original work are invited in any of the areas listed below. Acceptance will be based on quality, relevance and originality. Both full research reports and work-in-progress reports are welcome. There will be both oral and poster sessions.One registration covers 6 pages including tables, figures and references, and additional pages will be chargeable. 2. Call  for Special Session

Special Session 1:Planning and policy of Electric power system 新型电力系统规划与政策

With the development of science and technology, Electric power system has been applied in many areas including smart electricity supply system, demand side management, advanced metering infrastructure, plug-in car charging management, renewable energy and storage. How to realize the planning goal of the new power system has become a problem that power system planning and scientific researchers need to study. This special section is mainly for researchers with working experience in power grid companies ,aims at providing an in-depth discussion of the latest academic and industrial research findings of electric power system, and is especially concerned with how model-driven approaches, policy influence to energy system, or empirical applications can be used to address various challenges arising from exploiting large data sets. Topics of interest include, but are not limited to:
• Electric power system
• Power supply coordination problem
• Demand Side management
• Advanced Metering Infrastructure
• Direct load control
• Renewable Energy and Smart Energy
• Intelligent energy control system

The new power system is a future power system integrating information flow, system and equipment. Its system architecture is mainly divided into power generation, energy storage, charging, and electricity consumption. How to realize the planning goal of the new power system has become a problem that power system planning and scientific researchers need to study. This special section is mainly for researchers with working experience in power grid companies ,aims at providing an in-depth discussion of the latest academic and industrial research findings of electric power system, and is especially concerned with how model-driven approaches, policy influence to energy system, or empirical applications can be used to address various challenges arising from exploiting large data sets.
